본 발명은 협잡물겸 침사 수거용 제진기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 엔드리스 체인과 직교하는 상태로 고정되되 선택적으로 엔드리스 체인 측으로 일정각도 회전된 상태로 고정되는 전방레이크를 포함하여 구성된 레이크 및 전방레이크와 동축으로 회전가능케 설치되어 개방 측이 선택적으로 엔드리스 체인의 순환 방향과 동일한 상태로 고정되는 버킷이 적용됨으로써 전방레이크 및 버킷에 의해 협잡물과 함께 침사를 수거하거나 전방레이크를 미사용상태로 회전 고정시켜 침사만을 선택적으로 수거할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 침사를 수거하는 버킷이 적용됨에 따라 레이크 및 엔드리스 체인 등의 주요부품에 대해 작동 상 과부하가 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 아울러 주요부품의 작동 상 과부하 발생으로 인한 장치의 파손을 안정적으로 방지하면서 유지보수 기간을 현격히 증대시킬 수 있는 것이다.
