본 발명은 폴리아믹산 및 이미드화 촉매를 포함하는 폴리이미드 필름 형성용 조성물로부터 형성되는 그라파이트 시트용 폴리이미드 필름, 상기 그라파이트 시트용 폴리이미드 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 그라파이트 시트에 적용 시 취성이 낮고, 표면 품질이 우수하면서 동시에 고후도를 확보할 수 있는 폴리이미드 필름, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 그라파이트 시트 제조방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a polyimide film for a graphite sheet and a manufacturing method therefor. In an embodiment, the polyimide film for a graphite sheet is formed from a composition for forming a polyimide film, the composition comprising: a polyamic acid; and an imidization catalyst, wherein the polyimide film has a thickness of about 100 ㎛ to about 200 ㎛ and a first surface damage rate, expressed by equation 1, of 0% or about 0.001% to about 0.004%. The present invention relates to a polyimide film for a graphite sheet and a manufacturing method therefor.
