The present invention relates to an insulated curtain wall assembly, which has an insulating member in a portion on which a wall structure such as glass is mounted to improve insulation, and allows a glass to be mounted in a state that an in-cap frame is coupled to prevent abrasion and assembly defects of a screw occurring in a re-coupling process of the in-cap frame. The insulated curtain wall assembly of the present invention comprises: a main frame (10); a cap frame (30) for exterior finishing and wall structure support; and an insulating member (20). The main frame (10) includes a hollow coupling frame (11) protruding in a cap frame direction. The cap frame (30) includes an out-cap frame (32) having the same width as that of the main frame (10), and an in-cap frame (31) having the width smaller than that of the main frame (10) to be coupled and fixed to the coupling frame (11) and detachably coupled to the out-cap frame (32). The in-cap frame (31) has a contact part (31a) provided with a seating groove (31b) in which the coupling frame (11) is seated, and a curved elastic fitting part (31c) vertically extending from both ends of the contact part (31a) to be elastically coupled to the out-cap frame (32). Also, the out-cap frame (32) includes a plane part (32a) for forming exterior finishing, and a support part (32b) of a hollow rectangular shape separately provided at both ends of the plane part (32a) to allow the elastic fitting part (31c) of the in-cap frame (31) to be elastically coupled thereto.
본 발명은 유리 등의 벽체구조물이 장착되는 부분에 단열부재가 구비되어 단열성이 향상됨과 아울러 인캡프레임이 결합된 상태에서 유리를 장착할 수 있도록 구성되어 인캡프레임의 재결합 과정에서 발생하는 스크루의 마모 현상 및 조립 불량을 방지할 수 있도록 한 단열 커튼월 조립체에 관한 것으로,메인프레임(10); 외부마감 및 벽체구조물의 지지를 위한 캡프레임(30); 및 단열부재(20);를 포함하는 단열 커튼월 조립체에 있어서, 상기 메인프레임(10)은 캡프레임 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 중공형의 결합프레임(11)을 포함하고, 상기 캡프레임(30)은 메인프레임(10)과 동일한 폭으로 형성되는 아웃캡프레임(32)과, 상기 메인프레임(10)에 비해 작은 폭으로 형성되어 상기 결합프레임(11)에 결합고정됨과 아울러 상기 아웃캡프레임(32)이 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 인캡프레임(31)으로 이루어지며, 상기 인캡프레임(31)은 결합프레임(11)이 안착되는 안착홈(31b)이 구비되는 밀착부(31a)와, 상기 아웃캡프레임(32)에 탄성 결합되도록 상기 밀착부(31a)의 양단에서 각각 수직 방향으로 연장형성되는 곡면 형태의 탄성끼움부(31c)를 포함하고, 상기 아웃캡프레임(32)은 외부마감을 형성하는 평면부(32a)와, 상기 인캡프레임(31)의 탄성끼움부(31c)가 탄성결합되도록 상기 평면부(32a)의 양단에 각각 구비되는 중공 사각형상의 지지부(32b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
