Flexible formwork
The present invention relates to a flexible formwork for building construction and provides a frame which forms a structure with flexibility in the direction of a long side with respect to a quadrangular formwork, and becomes solid by inhibiting the flexibility temporarily during the installation of the formwork. The separation of the frame is facilitated by activating the flexibility during disassembly, and a turnbuckle is included in order to safely lower the disassembled formwork to a slab floor. The present invention consists of: a flexible plate body (1) having flexibility owing to the combination of a plurality of trapezoid hexahedral frames (13) and a plate (11); a shape-supporting frame (4) for inhibiting the flexibility of the flexible plate body temporarily when combined with the flexible plate body; and a formwork lowering device (5) for lowering a disassembled formwork to a slab floor while being combined with the shape-supporting frame to support the weight of the formwork. The present invention enhances the ease of disassembly of a formwork, minimizes noise and dust and minimizes damage to the formwork to increase the number of times of repeated use, thereby improving economic efficiency.
본 발명은 건축물 시공용 플렉서블(유연한) 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 사각형상의 거푸집에 대하여 변의길이가 긴 방향으로 유연성을 구비한 구조를 이루고, 거푸집을 설치 시, 유연성을 일시적으로 차단하여 견고한 형틀을 제공하며, 해체 시 유연성을 활성화시켜서 형틀의 분리를 용이하게 하고, 해체된 거푸집을 슬라브 바닥으로 안전하게 하강시키기 위해서, 턴버클을 구비하고, 복수개의 사다리꼴육면체 프레임(13)과 판재(11)가 결합되어 유연성을 구비된 플렉서블 판체(1)와; 플렉서블 판체와 결합할 경우, 플렉서블 판체의 유연성을 일시적으로 차단시키는 형상지지프레임(4)과; 형상지지프레임과 결합되어 거푸집의 하중을 지지하면서, 해체된 거푸집을 슬라브 바닥으로 하강시키는 거푸집하강장치(5)로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 거푸집의 해체 성을 제고시키고, 소음과 분진을 극소화하며, 거푸집 손상을 최소화하여 반복사용횟수를 증대시킴으로서 경제성을 제고시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
