WINDOW FRAME WITH ADVANCED PERFORMANCE IN INSULATION AND ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a window frame, and more specifically, to a window frame which blocks heat transmitted through the window frame and improves a structure to facilitate manufacturing to improve assemblability. According to the present invention, the window frame with insulation and assemblability comprises: an inner frame having an insertion space where a rail of the window frame is formed in a lower portion; a pair of insulation materials coupled to be attached to and detached from each of both side surfaces of the inner frame to block heat transmission to the inner frame; and a pair of outer frames coupled to be attached to and detached from each of outer surface where an insulation material is exposed while the insulation material is respectively provided to both side surfaces of the inner frame to fixate glass and preventing contact with the inner frame.
본 발명은 창문틀에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 창문틀을 통해 전달되는 열을 차단하고, 제조가 간편하도록 구조를 개선하여 조립성을 향상시킨 창문틀에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 단열 및 조립성이 향상된 창문틀은 하부에 창틀의 레일이 인입되는 인입공간을 형성하는 내부프레임과; 상기 내부프레임의 양측면에 각각 탈부착 가능하게 결합되어 상기 내부프레임으로의 열전달을 차단하는 한 쌍의 단열재와; 상기 내부프레임의 양측면에 상기 단열재가 각각 구비된 상태에서 상기 단열재가 노출된 외면에 각각 탈/부착 가능하게 결합되어 유리를 고정하되 상기 내부프레임과는 접촉되지 않는 한 쌍의 외부프레임을 포함하여 이루어진다.

본 발명은 창문틀에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 창문틀을 통해 전달되는 열을 차단하고, 제조가 간편하도록 구조를 개선하여 조립성을 향상시킨 창문틀에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 단열 및 조립성이 향상된 창문틀은 하부에 창틀의 레일이 인입되는 인입공간을 형성하는 내부프레임과; 상기 내부프레임의 양측면에 각각 탈부착 가능하게 결합되어 상기 내부프레임으로의 열전달을 차단하는 한 쌍의 단열재와; 상기 내부프레임의 양측면에 상기 단열재가 각각 구비된 상태에서 상기 단열재가 노출된 외면에 각각 탈/부착 가능하게 결합되어 유리를 고정하되 상기 내부프레임과는 접촉되지 않는 한 쌍의 외부프레임을 포함하여 이루어진다.
