Provided is a real-time self-cleaning apartment building balcony window and door structure which comprises: a window and door installed on a wall body of an apartment building and installed with a window; a cleaning solution spray unit disposed on an upper edge of the window and door and configured to spray a cleaning solution to the window; a cleaning unit disposed to protrude from the upper edge of the window and door so as to be disposed on an upper portion of the cleaning solution spray unit and configured to cause, when protruding, a cleaning roller to be in close contact with an outer surface of the window so as to elevate and rotate the cleaning roller; a discharge unit disposed on a lower edge of the window and door and configured to accommodate a cleaning solution falling after washing the window and discharge the cleaning solution to the outside; and a cleaning control unit configured to measure transparency of the window so as to drive the cleaning solution spray unit, the cleaning unit, and the discharge unit when the measured transparency is less than or equal to preset standard transparency.
본 발명은 실시간 셀프 세정이 가능한 공동주택 발코니 창호 구조물을 제공한다. 상기 실시간 셀프 세정이 가능한 공동주택 발코니 창호 구조물은 공동주택의 벽체에 설치되며, 창이 설치되는 창호; 상기 창호의 상단 테두리에 배치되며, 세정액을 상기 창에 분사시키는 세정액 분사부; 상기 세정액 분사부의 상부에 배치되도록 상기 창호의 상단 테두리에서 돌출 가능하게 배치되며, 돌출되면 세정 롤러를 상기 창의 외면에 밀착되도록 하여 승강 및 회전시키는 세정부; 상기 창호의 하단 테두리에 배치되며, 상기 창을 세정한 이후 낙하되는 세정액을 수용하여 외부로 배출하는 배출부; 및, 상기 창의 투명도를 측정하여 측정한 상기 투명도가 기설정되는 기준 투명도 이하를 이루는 경우 상기 세정액 분사부, 상기 세정부 및 상기 배출부를 구동시키는 세정 제어부를 포함한다.
