The present invention relates to a press apparatus for press-molding ceramic powder and a ceramic manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, the press apparatus comprises: a lower support to form a support structure; a lower mold support of a rectangular plate shape supported to the upper part of the lower support; a main post supported to the lower mold support to extend in the longitudinal direction; a lower die connected to the main post to move longitudinally along the main post; a lower mold fastened to the lower mold support to protrude through a central opening formed in the center of the lower die; an upper die connected to the main post at the upper part of the lower die to move longitudinally along the main post; an upper mold coupled to the upper die to extend to the lower part of the upper die and moving with the upper die; and a control unit controlling the movement of the upper mold. Ceramic powder is filled in a molding forming space formed by an opening wall forming the central opening and the upper plate of the lower mold and the upper mold presses the ceramic powder filled in the molding space so that molded products are manufactured. According to this configuration, a pressure sensor is disposed on the lower part of the lower mold support, a pressure generated when the upper mold presses the lower mold is measured with the pressure sensor, and the position of the lower mold is set to reduce deviation of the force applied to the ceramic powder according to a measurement value, thereby manufacturing molded products with uniform density.
본 발명은 세라믹 분말을 압축하여 성형품을 만들기 위한 프레스 장치 및 이를 이용한 세라믹 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 프레스 장치는, 지지구조를 형성하는 하부지지대; 상기 하부지지대 상부에 지지되는 사각판 형상의 하부금형 지지대; 상기 하부금형 지지대에 지지되어 종방향으로 연장되는 메인 포스트; 상기 메인 포스트에 연결되어 상기 메인 포스트를 따라 종방향으로 이동하는 하부다이; 상기 하부금형 지지대에 체결되어 상기 하부다이의 중앙에 형성된 중앙 개구를 통해 돌출되는 하부금형; 상기 하부다이의 상부에서 상기 메인 포스트에 연결되어 상기 메인 포스트를 따라 종방향으로 이동하는 상부다이; 상기 상부다이에 결합되어 상기 상부다이의 하부로 연장되고, 상기 상부다이와 함께 이동하는 상부금형; 상기 상부금형의 이동을 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함하고, 상기 중앙 개구를 형성하는 개구벽과 상기 하부 금형의 상부판이 형성하는 성형공간에 세라믹 분말이 충진되고, 상기 상부금형이 성형공간에 충진된 세라믹 분말을 가압하여 성형품을 생산한다. 이러한 구성에 따르면, 하부금형 지지대 하부에 압력센서를 배치하고, 상부금형이 하부금형을 가압할 때 발생하는 압력을 압력센서로 측정하고, 그 측정값에 따라 세라믹 분말에 가해지는 힘의 편차를 줄이도록 하부금형의 위치를 설정함으로써 균일한 밀도를 갖는 성형품을 생산할 수 있는 프레스 장치 및 이러한 프레스 장치에 의해 세라믹 분말을 압축하여 성형품을 만들기 위한 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
