Smart grout system and tunnel reinforcement method using it
The present invention relates to a smart grout system which drills a hole and performs grout reinforcement on the drilled hole to prevent the ground from collapsing when cutting or excavating the ground in civil engineering construction. The smart grout system performs compression grouting to uniformly transfer a grout pressure and a grout amount to a dilled hole and can simultaneously carry out grout reinforcement and reinforcing material reinforcement on the same end surface. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the smart grout system comprises: a first grout hose (100) longitudinally extended to be closed while having a sharp front end, having a plurality of penetration holes (110) formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and installed to insert the front end thereof into a drilled hole (1) and extend the rear thereof out of the entrance of the drilled hole (1); and a first injection member (120) including restriction devices installed on the first grout hose at regular intervals, a connection device and a switch (122) connected to the rear of the first grout hose (100) to inject a grout material, a pressure gauge (124), a flowmeter (126), and a mixing pump (128).
본 발명은 토목공사에서 지반을 깎아내거나 굴착을 할 때 지반이 붕괴되지 않게 하기 위하여 천공을 하고 천공홀에 그라우트 보강을 하는 스마트 그라우트 시스템에 관련되며, 이는 그라우트 압력과 그라우트 량이 천공홀에 균등하게 전달되도록 가압그라우팅을 하는 것과 그라우트 보강과 보강재 보강을 동일단면에서 동시에 시공할 수 있도록 구성된다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 스마트 그라우트 시스템은, 길게 연장되어 선단이 뾰족하면서 폐쇄되고, 외주면에 복수의 관통구(110)가 형성되며, 선단은 천공홀(1) 내부로 삽입되고 후미는 천공홀(1) 입구 밖으로 연장되도록 설치되는 제1그라우트 호스(100); 및 제1그라우트 호스에 일정한 간격으로 설치되는 구속장치 및 상기 제1그라우트 호스(100) 후미에 연결되어 그라우트재를 주입하도록 하는 연결장치 및 개폐기(122), 압력계(124), 유량계(126), 믹싱펌프(128)를 포함하는 제1주입부재(120);를 포함한다.
