The present invention relates to a rapid hardening cement concrete composition for emergency repair containing acrylic emulsion latex with improved durability and workability, and a road pavement repair method using the same. The composition comprises 10 to 30 wt% of a fast-hardening binder, 30 to 60 wt% of fine aggregate, 20 to 50 wt% of coarse aggregate, 1 to 20 wt% of acrylic emulsion latex, and 1 to 20 wt% of mixed water. According to the present invention, cracking can be effectively prevented.
본 발명은 향상된 내구성 및 작업성을 갖는 아크릴에멀젼 라텍스 함유 긴급보수용 속경성 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물로서, 속경성 결합재 10 내지 30 중량%, 잔골재 30 내지 60 중량%, 굵은골재 20 내지 50 중량%, 아크릴에멀젼 라텍스 1 내지 20 중량% 및 배합수 1 내지 20 중량%를 포함하고, 상기 속경성 결합재는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 100 중량부, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 105 내지 130 중량부, 분말도가 6,000 내지 10,000 cm2/g이고, SO3의 함량이 55 내지 63 중량%인 천연무수석고 15 내지 45 중량부, 화학무수석고 15 내지 45 중량부, 칼슘알루미네이트 5 내지 25 중량부 및 질화규소 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하고; 상기 아크릴에멀젼 라텍스는 정제수 120 내지 190 중량부, 음이온 유화제 0.01 내지 2 중량부 및 중합개시제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 유화제 수용액에; 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 20 내지 80 중량% 및 스티렌 모노머(SM) 20 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 모노머 100 중량부, 정제수 90 내지 150 중량부, 음이온 유화제 0.005 내지 0.7 중량부, 저기포성 비이온 유화제 0.001 내지 0.2 중량부 및 중합개시제 0.01 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 모노머 프리에멀젼을 연속적으로 적하한 후, 숙성 및 중화시켜 준비되어; 외부 온도변화에 대한 안정성이 우수하고, 향상된 내구성 및 작업성을 갖는 아크릴에멀젼 라텍스 함유 긴급보수용 속경성 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로포장 보수공법에 관한 것이다.
