NAILLESS PREFABRICATED PANEL HAVING STUD AND SPACER AND WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
A nailless assembly panel having a stud and a spacer is formed on an assembly panel used for a wall between households of an apartment house, thereby improving soundproof performance and fire resistance while forming a hollow layer in the entire wall. Moreover, the present invention has a nailless assembly panel shape assembled by a non-rivet method without using a screw and does not form a fire resistant weak portion where a flame is burst out from the screw when the fire occurs without damage to the assembly panel. In addition, the soundproof performance is improved through the hollow layer and a gypsum board between the nailless assembly panels. Therefore, the nailess assembly panels can be used as the wall between the households of the apartment house.
공동주택의 세대간 벽체 등에 사용하는 조립식 패널에 스터드와 스페이서를 적용한 네일리스 조립식 패널을 형성함으로써 전체 벽체에 중공층을 만들면서 차음성능 뿐만 아니라 내화성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한, 나사못을 사용하지 않고 무리벳 방식으로 조립되는 네일리스 조립식 패널 형태로서, 조립식 패널에 손상을 입히지 않고, 화재 발생시 나사못에서 불꽃이 튀어나오는 등의 내화 취약부위를 형성하지 않고, 또한, 네일리스 조립식 패널의 패널간 중공층 및 석고보드 등을 통해 차음 성능을 향상시킴으로써 공동주택의 세대간 벽체로 사용할 수 있다.
