Manhole Frame Height Adjustable Type Valve Room
The present invention relates to a valve chamber with a height-adjustable manhole frame comprising: a housing (3) forming a space therein, and making up an outer body; a manhole frame (5) separated into a base unit (11) and a lifting unit (13) to allow the height thereof to be adjusted in accordance with the gap between the housing (3) and a manhole (10) through a relative movement of the lifting unit (13) with respect to the base unit (11); and a height adjustment bundle (7) installed on a circumferential portion of the manhole frame (5) to adjust the height of the manhole frame (5) by a rotating operation of a worker. The height adjustment bundle (7) connects and links a plurality of driveshaft units (23) by gear engagement to adjust the height of the manhole frame (5) simply by operating one driveshaft unit (23). Therefore, even if one driveshaft unit among the plurality of driveshaft units provided on the height adjustment bundle is operated, screw transport units connected to all driveshaft units can be simultaneously operated through a linking gear unit, and thus the lifting unit of the manhole frame can be lifted while maintaining horizontality without tilting to one side. Therefore, height adjustment work of the manhole frame can be performed very conveniently, quickly, and accurately.
본 발명은 맨홀프레임 높이조절식 밸브실에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간을 형성하면서 외부 몸체를 이루는 하우징(3); 기부(11)와 승강부(13)로 분리되어 상기 기부(11)에 대한 상기 승강부(13)의 상대 이동을 통해 상기 하우징(3)과 상기 맨홀(10) 사이의 간격에 맞추어 높이 조절이 가능하도록 되어 있는 맨홀프레임(5); 및 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 둘레 부분에 설치되어 작업자의 회전 조작에 의해 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절뭉치(7);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 높이조절뭉치(7)는 복수의 구동축부(23)를 기어 물림에 의해 연결하여 연동시킴으로써, 어느 하나의 상기 구동축부(23)를 조작하는 것만으로 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 높이를 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 높이조절뭉치에 복수로 구비되는 구동축부 중 어느 하나의 구동축부를 조작하더라도, 모든 구동축부에 연결된 나사이송부를 연동기어부를 통해 동시에 동작시킬 수 있으므로, 맨홀프레임의 승강부를 한 쪽으로 치우침 없이 수평을 유지하면서 승강시킬 수 있게 되며, 따라서 맨홀프레임의 높이조절 작업을 매우 편리하고 신속하면서 정확하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.

본 발명은 맨홀프레임 높이조절식 밸브실에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간을 형성하면서 외부 몸체를 이루는 하우징(3); 기부(11)와 승강부(13)로 분리되어 상기 기부(11)에 대한 상기 승강부(13)의 상대 이동을 통해 상기 하우징(3)과 상기 맨홀(10) 사이의 간격에 맞추어 높이 조절이 가능하도록 되어 있는 맨홀프레임(5); 및 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 둘레 부분에 설치되어 작업자의 회전 조작에 의해 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절뭉치(7);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 높이조절뭉치(7)는 복수의 구동축부(23)를 기어 물림에 의해 연결하여 연동시킴으로써, 어느 하나의 상기 구동축부(23)를 조작하는 것만으로 상기 맨홀프레임(5)의 높이를 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 높이조절뭉치에 복수로 구비되는 구동축부 중 어느 하나의 구동축부를 조작하더라도, 모든 구동축부에 연결된 나사이송부를 연동기어부를 통해 동시에 동작시킬 수 있으므로, 맨홀프레임의 승강부를 한 쪽으로 치우침 없이 수평을 유지하면서 승강시킬 수 있게 되며, 따라서 맨홀프레임의 높이조절 작업을 매우 편리하고 신속하면서 정확하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.
