Disclosed are a precast concrete truss wall having excellent safety and constructability while enabling reduction of the construction period, a wall structure, and a method for constructing a wall structure. The disclosed precast concrete truss wall includes a first panel, a second panel disposed to face the first panel at an interval, a truss disposed between the first panel and the second panel and configured to join them together, and plate reinforcing bars respectively coupled to a first panel side end of the truss and a second panel side end of the truss.
