Expansive Amixture and concrete composition comprising thereof repairing method of concrete structure using the same
The present invention relates to an early strength expansion material, concrete repair mortar containing the same, and a concrete repair method using the concrete repair mortar. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an early strength expansion material, concrete repair mortar containing the same, and a concrete repair method using the concrete repair mortar, wherein disposable dolomite refractory brick crushed powder containing undercalcined calcium oxide and magnesium oxide is mixed with calcium nitrate and hydrofluoric acid anhydrite, so that initial and mid-long-term expansion properties are improved and a cracking phenomenon is reduced by self-healing properties. According to the present invention, disposable dolomite refractory brick crushed powder and a hardened mixture are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1-4. In the hardened mixture, cross-sectional repair of a concrete structure is performed by concrete repair mortar added with an early strength expansion material obtained by mixing calcium nitrate and hydrofluoric acid anhydrite in a weight ratio of 1:3-5.
본 발명은 조강형 팽창재와 이를 함유한 콘크리트 보수용 모르타르 및, 콘크리트 보수용 모르타르를 이용한 콘크리트 보수공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 과소성된 산화칼슘 및 산화마그네슘이 함유된 폐기용 돌로마이트 내화벽돌 파쇄분말과, 질산칼슘 및 불산 무수석고의 혼합에 의해 초기 및 중장기 팽창성이 향상되고, 자기치유성에 의해 균열현상이 저감되는 조강형 팽창재와 이를 함유한 콘크리트 보수용 모르타르 및, 콘크리트 보수용 모르타르를 이용한 콘크리트 보수공법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은, 폐기용 돌로마이트 내화벽돌 파쇄분말과 경화혼합물이 1 : 1∼4 의 중량비로 혼합되 되, 상기 경화혼합물은, 질산칼슘과 불산 무수석고가 1 : 3∼5 의 중량비로 혼합된 조강형 팽창재가 첨가된 콘크리트 보수용 모르타르에 의해 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 단면보수가 이루어지도록 되어 있다.
