Method for Sectional restoration and waterproofing using waterproof mortar
Disclosed is a method for restoring sections and performing waterproofing construction by using waterproof mortar, which can use waterproofing mortar in restoring sections, thereby increasing restoration power compared to the existing section repair method and maintaining waterproofness. The present invention provides the method for restoring sections and performing waterproofing construction by using waterproof mortar. The method comprises: (a) a surface treatment step of grinding a concrete floor or a concrete wall surface of which the section has been removed, to a desired level of roughness, and exposing some reinforcing bars; (b) a step of connecting sacrificial electrodes to the exposed reinforcing bars after the surface treatment step; (c) a step of waterproofing the concrete floor or the concrete wall surface of which the section has been removed; (d) a step of performing restoration by applying waterproofing mortar to the concrete floor or the concrete wall surface waterproofed; and (e) a reinforcing step of reinforcing the boundary surface of the waterproofing mortar.
단면복구시 방수몰탈을 사용하는 것으로 기존의 단면 보수방법에 비하여 복원력이 뛰어나고 방수성을 유지할 수 있는 방수몰탈을 이용한 단면복구 및 방수시공 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 (a) 단면탈락된 콘크리트 바닥면 또는 벽면을 원하는 수준의 거칠기가 나오도록 갈아내며, 철근의 일부가 노출되도록 하는 표면처리 단계; (b) 상기 표면처리 단계 이후 노출된 철근에 희생전극을 연결하는 단계; (c) 상기 단면탈락된 콘크리트 바닥면 또는 벽면을 방수처리하는 단계; (d) 상기 방수처리된 콘크리트 바닥면 또는 벽면에 방수몰탈을 도포하여 복구하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 방수몰탈의 경계면을 강화하는 강화처리 단계를 포함하는 방수몰탈을 이용한 단면복구 및 방수시공 방법을 제공한다.
