Expansion joint for easy rubber seal assembly
The present invention aims to provide an expansion joint for easy rubber seal assembly, which is capable of simply replacing and repairing a rubber seal for connecting bridges by an upper plate non-crushing method. That is, in accordance with the present invention, the expansion joint for easy rubber seal assembly comprises: a pair of joint plates (10) installed on an end unit of a bridge upper plate (1) to face each other by being apart from each other; slot grooves (20) formed on surfaces of the joint plate (10) facing each other in a longitudinal direction and placed at a downward inclined angle for extending the gap between each other toward a lower side; and a rubber seal (30) finishing the gap between the pair of joint plates (10) and having a pair of gripping blades (32) formed on both ends to be inserted into and engaged with the slot grooves (20). By using the expansion joint for easy rubber seal assembly, the rubber seal installed between the bridge upper plates is inserted into and engaged at an inclined angle along the slot grooves extended at a downward angle through an improved structure, and the rubber seal can be easily replaced by using simple manual tools by the bridge upper plate non-crushing method.
본 발명은 교량 이음용 러버실을 상판 무파쇄방식으로 간단하게 교체 보수할 수 있는 러버실 조립이 용이한 신축이음장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 상호 이격된 교량 상판(1) 단부에 서로 마주하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 이음플레이트(10); 상기 이음플레이트(10)의 길이방향으로 서로 마주보는 면에 형성되고, 하방향으로 갈수록 서로 간에 간격이 확장되도록 하향 경사각으로 구비되는 슬롯홈(20); 및 상기 한 쌍의 이음플레이트(10) 사이를 마감하고, 슬롯홈(20)에 끼움결합되도록 양단에 한 쌍의 파지날(32)이 구비되는 러버실(30);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 러버실 조립이 용이한 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 교량 상판 사이에 이음 설치되는 러버실이 하향 경사각으로 확장되는 슬롯홈을 타고 경사각으로 끼움 결합되도록 구조 개선되어 교량 상판 무파쇄방식으로 간단한 수공구를 이용하여 러버실 교체작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
