The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a water-expandable polyurethane paint film waterproofing material, including: preparing a solution A by mixing 100 parts by weight of phenyl isocyanate with 70 to 90 parts by weight of 3-chlorophenyl isocyanate, 60 to 80 parts by weight of methyl isocyanate, 50 to 70 parts by weight of carboxyl acid, 40 to 60 parts by weight of pyridine, and 30 to 50 parts by weight of methyl iodide; preparing a solution B by mixing 100 parts by weight of 1-decanol with 60 to 80 parts by weight of 2-methoxy-2-methyl-3-butanol, 50 to 70 parts by weight of formaldehyde, 40 to 60 parts by weight of benzophenone, 30 to 50 parts by weight of sulfonic acid, and 20 to 40 parts by weight of phenyl magnesium bromide; and mixing the solution A with the solution B in a volume ratio of 3:1. Accordingly, a function of preventing water leakage is provided.
본 발명에 의하면, 페닐이소시아네이아트 100 중량부에 3-클로로페닐이소시아네이트 70~90 중량부, 메틸이소시네이트 60~80 중량부, 카복실에시드 50~70 중량부, 피리딘 40~60 중량부 및 메틸아이오다이드 30~50 중량부가 혼합되어 A액이 제조되는 단계와; 1-데칸올 100 중량부에 2-메톡시-2-메틸-3-뷰탄올 60~80 중량부, 포름알데하이드 50~70 중량부, 벤조페논 40~60 중량부, 설포닉에시드 30~50 중량부 및 페닐마그네슘브로마이드 20~40 중량부가 혼합되어 B액이 제조되는 단계와; 상기 A액과 B액이 3:1의 부피비로 혼합되는 단계를 포함하는 수팽창성 폴리우레탄 도막방수재의 제조방법이 제공된다.
