Disclosed is a waterproof flooring construction device that simultaneously constructs a waterproof floor consisting of a multi-layered coating film and quickly and accurately constructs a waterproof floor. The present invention provides a waterproof flooring construction device comprising: a main body of the construction device; a heating hose with one side connected to the main body of the construction device; a high-pressure injection means connected to the other side of the heating hose; and a raw material supply unit for supplying raw materials to the main body of the construction device.
