The present invention relates to a quick connector for a reinforcing bar. In the present invention, a coupling part (110) of the quick connector (100) for the reinforcing bar has a cylindrical shape, and connects, in a longitudinal direction, first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) having a plurality of nodes (12, 22) respectively formed on the outer surface to protrude therefrom. Insertion holes (111) into which one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are respectively inserted are formed in the coupling part (110), and fixing grooves (130), into which the nodes (12, 22) of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are inserted, are formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole (111). A cutting slit (120) elongated from one end of the coupling part (110) to the other end is formed in the coupling part (110). A binding part (200) is provided in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling part (110), so that one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are tightened in a direction close to each other while being in a state of being respectively inserted, and at the same time, one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are fixed. A fastening member (300) is fastened to one side of the binding part (200) to maintain the tightening state of the binding part (200). In accordance with the present invention, one end of the reinforcing bars can be quickly and easily connected, such that a worker can easily work in a short time during a reinforcing bar connection work.
본 발명은 철근용 퀵 커넥터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 철근용 퀵 커넥터(100)의 결합구(110)는 원통 형상으로, 외면에 복수 개의 마디(12, 22)가 각각 돌출되게 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)을 길이방향으로 연결한다. 상기 결합구(110)의 내부에는 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단이 각각 삽입되는 삽입공(111)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입공(111)의 내면에는 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 마디(12, 22)가 삽입되는 고정홈(130)이 형성된다. 상기 결합구(110)에는 상기 결합구(110)의 일단으로부터 타단까지 길게 연장되는 절개슬릿(120)이 형성된다. 상기 결합구(110)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 결속구(200)가 구비되어, 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단이 각각 삽입된 상태에서 서로 가까운 방향으로 조여지는 동시에 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단을 고정한다. 상기 결속구(200)의 일측에는 체결부재(300)가 체결되어 상기 결속구(200)의 조임 상태를 유지시킨다. 이와 같은 구성을 가지는 본 발명에 의하면, 철근 일단들을 쉽고 빠르게 연결할 수 있어, 작업자가 철근 연결 작업 시 빠른 시간 안에 용이하게 작업할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a quick connector for a reinforcing bar. In the present invention, a coupling part (110) of the quick connector (100) for the reinforcing bar has a cylindrical shape, and connects, in a longitudinal direction, first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) having a plurality of nodes (12, 22) respectively formed on the outer surface to protrude therefrom. Insertion holes (111) into which one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are respectively inserted are formed in the coupling part (110), and fixing grooves (130), into which the nodes (12, 22) of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are inserted, are formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole (111). A cutting slit (120) elongated from one end of the coupling part (110) to the other end is formed in the coupling part (110). A binding part (200) is provided in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the coupling part (110), so that one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are tightened in a direction close to each other while being in a state of being respectively inserted, and at the same time, one end of the first and second reinforcing bars (10, 20) are fixed. A fastening member (300) is fastened to one side of the binding part (200) to maintain the tightening state of the binding part (200). In accordance with the present invention, one end of the reinforcing bars can be quickly and easily connected, such that a worker can easily work in a short time during a reinforcing bar connection work.
본 발명은 철근용 퀵 커넥터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 철근용 퀵 커넥터(100)의 결합구(110)는 원통 형상으로, 외면에 복수 개의 마디(12, 22)가 각각 돌출되게 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)을 길이방향으로 연결한다. 상기 결합구(110)의 내부에는 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단이 각각 삽입되는 삽입공(111)이 형성되고, 상기 삽입공(111)의 내면에는 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 마디(12, 22)가 삽입되는 고정홈(130)이 형성된다. 상기 결합구(110)에는 상기 결합구(110)의 일단으로부터 타단까지 길게 연장되는 절개슬릿(120)이 형성된다. 상기 결합구(110)의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 결속구(200)가 구비되어, 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단이 각각 삽입된 상태에서 서로 가까운 방향으로 조여지는 동시에 상기 제 1 및 제 2철근(10, 20)의 일단을 고정한다. 상기 결속구(200)의 일측에는 체결부재(300)가 체결되어 상기 결속구(200)의 조임 상태를 유지시킨다. 이와 같은 구성을 가지는 본 발명에 의하면, 철근 일단들을 쉽고 빠르게 연결할 수 있어, 작업자가 철근 연결 작업 시 빠른 시간 안에 용이하게 작업할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
