The present invention relates to a prefabricated lightweight concrete block exterior wall using waste glass wool and, more specifically, to a prefabricated lightweight concrete block exterior wall using waste glass wool, wherein lightweight concrete blocks using waste glass wool are placed side by side, a horizontal rebar is inserted between inner walls at a low height in the lightweight concrete blocks, an insulation material is inserted into one side in the lightweight concrete blocks, and the lightweight concrete blocks are stacked thereon, and, meanwhile, a vertical rebar is vertically inserted between insulation materials and the lightweight concrete blocks are stacked up to a target height, and then, general concrete is placed therein, and, as a result, the insulation materials are located in the lightweight concrete blocks to provide insulation performance while lowering the risk of spreading in case of a fire, and, moreover, since mold installation and removal work is omitted because there is no need for a mold to form an exterior wall, work can be quickly and simply performed.
본 발명은 폐글라스울을 이용한 조립식 경량콘크리트블록 외벽체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐글라스울을 이용한 경량콘크리트블록을 나란하게 배치하고, 경량콘크리트블록 내부의 낮은 높이의 내벽면 사이로 수평철근을 수평하게 삽입하며, 경량콘크리트블록 내부 일측에 단열재를 삽입하고, 그 위에 경량콘크리트블록을 적층하되, 단열재 사이에 수직철근을 수직으로 삽입하고 목적 높이까지 경량콘크리트블록을 쌓은 후 내부에 일반콘크리트를 타설함으로써, 단열재가 경량콘크리트블록 내부에 위치하여 단열성능을 제공하면서 화재시 확산위험을 감소시킬뿐만 아니라 외벽체 형성시 거푸집이 필요없어 거푸집 설치 및 해체작업이 없으므로 신속하고 간단하게 작업이 가능한 폐글라스울을 이용한 조립식 경량콘크리트블록 외벽체에 관한 것이다.
