The present invention relates to a tube assembly manufacturing apparatus and to a tube assembly manufacturing method. The tube assembly manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support holder die which has a support groove on the top surface and has a guide hole penetrating the support groove and the outer lateral side on a side; a fixing die which is placed in vertical alignment with the support holder die on the top of the support holder die and is provided to vertically move relatively on the support holder die; and a machining pin which is provided for a length direction thereof to be placed in alignment with the guide hole so that the inner end part located in the support holder die direction protrudes through the support groove or is placed apart from the support groove in external width direction by moving the length direction. The tube assembly manufacturing apparatus easily couples a casing to a tube.
본 발명은 튜브 어셈블리 제조 장치 및 튜브 어셈블리 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 튜브 어셈블리 제조 장치는 상면에 지지홈이 형성되어 있고, 측면에는 상기 지지홈과 외측면을 관통하는 가이드홀이 형성된 지지 홀더 다이; 상기 지지 홀더 다이의 위쪽에 상기 지지 홀더 다이와 상하로 정렬되게 위치되어, 상기 지지 홀더 다이에 대해 상대적으로 상하 이동 가능하게 제공되는 고정 다이; 및 길이 방향이 상기 가이드홀과 정렬되도록 제공되어, 그 길이 방향을 따라 이동됨에 따라 상기 지지 홀더 다이 방향에 위치된 내측 단부가 상기 지지홈으로 돌출되거나 상기 지지홈에서 폭 방향 외측으로 이격된 상태가 될 수 있는 가공핀을 포함한다.
