The present invention relates to an elastic flooring material for an eco-friendly sports facility and a manufacturing method thereof. The elastic flooring material for the eco-friendly sports facility of the present invention comprises: a dimension reinforcing layer formed on a base layer; a shock-absorbing layer formed on the dimension reinforcing layer and comprising a vegetable gel; an adhesion reinforcing layer formed on the shock-absorbing layer; an interlayer primer layer formed on the adhesion reinforcing layer; and an upper layer formed on the interlayer primer layer. The elastic flooring material for the eco-friendly sports facility is environmentally friendly while having a good impact mitigation effect. In addition, the elastic flooring material for the eco-friendly sports facility prevents cracks caused by breakage or lack of flexibility caused by lack of adhesion between interfaces, and exhibits excellent stability and durability.
본 발명은 기재층 상에 형성되는 치수보강층, 상기 치수보강층 상에 형성되고 식물성 젤을 포함하는 충격흡수층, 상기 충격흡수층 상에 형성되는 부착강화층, 상기 부착강화층 상에 형성되는 층간 프라이머층 및 상기 층간 프라이머층 상에 형성되는 상부층을 포함하는 친환경 스포츠 시설용 탄성 바닥재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 스포츠 시설용 탄성 바닥재는 양호한 충격 완화 효과를 가지면서도 환경친화적일 뿐만 아니라, 계면간의 부착력 부족으로 인해 발생하는 파손 또는 유연성 부족으로 인해 발생하는 크랙을 방지하고, 안정성 및 내구성이 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
