The present invention aims to provide a soundproof handrail which is capable of conveniently and easily installing and maintaining a transparent soundproof plate. Accordingly, in accordance with the present invention, the soundproof handrail comprises: a soundproof plate in which an edge is engaged with a rectangular-shaped frame; base plates installed on both sides of an upper surface of concrete base at regular intervals; a clamp fixed on the upper surface of the base plate and having first clearance holes on four sides; a post in which second clearance holes are formed on all four corners corresponding to the first clearance holes so that the lower side can be fixed on the clamp by a bolt and a nut while the post is standing on an upper surface of the base plate, and in which mounting grooves are formed on both side surfaces on an upper side and a lower side so that both frames of the soundproof plate can be inserted; a bracket fixed on an upper front surface of the post; a handle formed on the bracket; and a cap put on an upper end of the post.
본 발명은 투명방음판의 설치 및 유지 보수가 간편하고 용이한 방음형 난간을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 테두리에 직사각 형상의 프레임이 결합된 방음판, 콘크리트 기초의 상면에 좌우로 일정한 간격을 두고 설치되는 베이스 플레이트, 베이스 플레이트의 상면에 고정되고 사방에 제1클리어런스 홀이 형성된 클램프, 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상면에 세운 채로 하부를 상기 클램프에 볼트와 너트로 죄어 고정하기 위하여 사방에 상기 제1클리어런스 홀과 대응되는 제2클리어런스 홀이 형성되고 양쪽 측면에 상하로 상기 방음판의 양쪽 프레임이 삽입되는 장착홈이 형성된 포스트, 상기 포스트의 상부 전면에 고정 설치된 브래킷, 상기 브래킷에 달린 손잡이 및 상기 포스트의 상단에 씌운 캡을 포함하는 방음형 난간을 개시한다.
