The present invention relates to a dial lock including: a housing (1); a key bundle (2) connected to a lock clasp rotatably mounted in the hole of the housing; a lock rod (3) provided in the housing, coming into contact with the key bundle at one end to be longitudinally movable to lock and release positions, and having protruding keys (31); and dials (4) rotatably mounted on the lock rod (3), movable to a position of engagement with the protruding key (31) of the lock rod and an engagement release position, and having a number formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The dial lock further includes: an operating member (8) disposed so as to longitudinally move toward one end of the lock rod in conjunction with the rotation of the key bundle; and a dial adjusting member (9) provided on the front side of the operating member (8) and elastically and spirally rotating upward in conjunction with the movement of the operating member (8). The dial adjusting member (9) includes, by the dial count, a rod-shaped body (91), a number fixing portion (92) curved and extending in an arc shape toward the dial on the upper side of the body, engaging with an uneven portion (42) of the dial (4) at an end, and fixing the dial number position; and a number changing portion (93) extending downward from the body (91) and rotating the dial to change the number. According to the present invention, the dial number is automatically rearranged when a user rotates a lever after use, and thus key number exposure does not occur and safety and convenience of use can be improved.
본 발명은 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징의 홀에 회전가능하게 장착된 잠금걸쇠와 연결된 키뭉치(2), 상기 하우징 내에서 제공되어 일단이 키뭉치와 접촉되어 잠금위치와 해제위치로 길이방향으로 이동가능하고 복수개의 돌출키(31)들이 형성된 잠금봉(3), 상기 잠금봉(3)에 회전가능하게 장착되고 잠금봉의 돌출키(31)와 맞물리는 위치와 맞물림 해제위치로 이동가능하며 외주면에 숫자가 형성된 복수개의 다이얼(4)들을 구비하는 다이얼 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 키뭉치의 회전에 연동되어 잠금봉의 일측 단부를 향해 길이방향으로 이동하도록 배치된 작동부재(8)와, 상기 작동부재(8)의 전면측에 제공되어 작동부재(8)의 이동에 연동하여 상방향 나선형으로 탄성적으로 회전하도록 된 다이얼 조정부재(9)를 더 포함하며, 상기 다이얼 조정부재(9)는 봉형태의 바디(91)와, 상기 바디의 상측에서 원호 형상으로 다이얼을 향해 만곡되어 연장 형성되고 그 단부가 다이얼(4)의 요철부(42)와 맞물려 다이얼 번호 위치를 고정시키는 번호고정부(92)와, 상기 바디(91)에서 하측으로 연장되어 다이얼을 회전시켜 번호가 변경되게 하는 번호 변경부(93)를 각각 다이얼의 수만큼 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 사용자가 사용후 레버를 회전시킬 때 자동으로 다이얼 번호가 재배열되어 키번호가 노출될 염려가 없어 안전성과 사용편의성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
