COOLING AND CLEAN ROAD SYSTEM CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING A NOZZLE HEIGHT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
In accordance with the present invention, disclosed is a cooling clean road system including: a protection casing formed into a pipe shape, having an internal space into which a high-pressure hose is inserted, and buried under the surface of a road; an upper cover connected with the protection casing to be exposed to the outside of the surface of the road; a road stud sprinkler fixed onto the upper cover and having at least one dented part and at least one nozzle hole formed on a side, including a road stud body, a reflector mounted in the dented part to guide the eyes of a driver, and a nozzle installed in the nozzle hole to sprinkle water to the outside, and installed at a set distance in a center line or a traffic lane of a road, around a crossing, in a dedicated road, on a road obstacle, or in a safe zone to provide a function of sprinkling water for clean road supplied from the water supply pipe to the surface of the road and a function of guiding vehicle passage; and a height adjuster installed in the protection casing to adjust the height of the road stud sprinkler. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the number of processes and lowering costs for maintenance.
본 발명은 관형체로 이루어지고 내부공간에 상기 고압호스가 인입되고 도로 노면의 아래에 매립 설치되는 보호케이싱; 상기 보호케이싱과 연결되어 도로 노면의 외부로 노출되는 상부덮개; 상기 상부덮개 위에 고정되고 측면에는 적어도 하나 이상의 요입부와 적어도 하나 이상의 노즐공이 형성되어 있고 표지병 몸체와, 상기 요입부에 부착되어 운전자의 시선을 유도하는 반사체와, 상기 노즐공 내부에 설치되어 외부로 물을 분사하는 노즐을 구비하고, 도로의 중앙선이나 차선 경계선, 건널목 주변, 전용차선, 노상장애물 또는 안전지대에 정해진 간격을 두고 설치되어 상기 급수배관으로부터 공급되는 클린로드용 물을 도로 노면으로 분사하는 기능과 차량 통행을 유도하는 기능을 제공하는 표지병 분사장치; 및 상기 보호케이싱에 설치되어 상기 표지병 분사장치의 높이를 조정하는 높이조절장치;를 포함하는 쿨링클린로드 시스템을 개시한다.
