본 발명은 승강식 부선의 리프팅 시스템에 적용되는 볼-패드 홀딩클램프에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 포스트의 표면을 파지하는 파지압력을 부여하는 파지수단을 구동력을 기계식 스크류를 통해 구현함으로써, 파지압이 무단으로 역행하여 파지력을 상실하지 않도록 하여 안정성을 확보함은 물론, 특히, 큰 토크를 필요로 하는 중/대용량의 승강식 부선에 안정적으로 적합하게 적용할 수 있어 사용효율이 향상된 승강식 부선의 리프팅 시스템에 적용되는 볼-패드 홀딩클램프에 관한 것이다.
