Provided in the present invention is a prefabricated composite material mold for concrete placement, which can improve durability and corrosion resistance. To this end, the present invention comprises: a lower composite panel unit including a lower extension panel which is provided to have a predetermined width, and pultruded with a fiber-reinforced plastic material, and in which a plurality of first protrusion units are formed to protrude, and a pair of first lower coupling stepped units which are firstly and upwardly extended in a monolithic and stepped manner from both sides in the width direction of the lower extension panel while being secondly extended to the both sides in the width direction thereof; a pair of lower bracket units of which the upper surface of one side is coupled to the lower surface of each of the first lower coupling stepped units, and the other side is monolithically bent and extended in an upward direction from the outer side end of one side; a pair of side composite panel units including a pair of second lower coupling stepped units of which the outer surface of the lower portion is coupled to the inner surface of the other side of each of the lower bracket units, and a pair of side extension panels which are upwardly extended in a monolithic and stepped manner from the upper portion of each of the second lower coupling stepped units while allowing a plurality of second protrusion units to be formed to protrude, and are pultruded with a fiber-reinforced plastic material; a pair of upper bracket units of which the inner surface of one side is coupled to the outer surface of the upper portion of each of the side composite panel units, and of which the other side is monolithically bent and extended to the inside of the width direction from the upper end of one side; and an upper composite panel unit which includes an upper extension panel which is upwardly spaced apart from the lower extension panels, and pultruded with a fiber-reinforced plastic material, and in which a plurality of third protrusion units are formed to protrude, and of which both side portions are coupled to the other side of the upper bracket unit.
