Hot air heater equipped with energy-saving heater and method for drying concrete structures using them
An objective of the present invention is to provide a hot air blower with an energy-saving heater and a concrete structure drying method using the same, which can maintain the safety of workers. The hot air blower with an energy-saving heater comprises: a cabinet having an inlet and an outlet; an air blowing fan installed in the inlet, and sucking air in a space to be dried into the cabinet to transport the air toward the outlet; a heating unit installed in the outlet, and supplying heat energy to the air transported by the air blowing fan to provide hot air; and a foreign substance filtering unit filtering out foreign substances included in the air in the space to be dried which enters through the inlet. The heating unit includes: a heating case dividing a portion of the inside of the cabinet to form an installation space in the outlet, and connected to communicate with the air blowing fan; a heating body arranged through the heating case, and providing heat energy by supplying electric energy; a heat radiation fin installed on the heating body, and increasing the contact area between the heating body and air passing into the heating case; and a corrugation unit provided on the heat radiation fin, and further increasing the contact area of the heat radiation fin while the heat radiation fin is deformed into a curved surface.
본 발명은, 흡입구 및 토출구를 구비하는 캐비닛; 상기 흡입구 내측에 설치되고, 건조 대상 공간의 공기를 상기 캐비닛 내부로 흡입하여 상기 토출구 측으로 압송하는 송풍팬; 상기 토출구 내측에 설치되고, 상기 송풍팬에 의해 압송되는 공기에 열에너지를 공급하여 열풍을 제공하는 발열부; 및 상기 흡입구를 통해 유입되는 건조 대상 공간의 공기 중에 포함되는 이물질을 거르는 이물질거름부를 포함하고, 상기 발열부는, 상기 토출구 내측에 설치공간을 이루도록 상기 캐비닛 내부의 일부분을 구획하고, 상기 송풍팬과 통하도록 연결되는 발열케이스; 상기 발열케이스를 관통하여 배치되고, 전기에너지 공급에 의해 열에너지를 제공하는 발열체; 상기 발열체에 설치되고, 상기 발열케이스 내부로 통과하는 공기와 상기 발열체 사이의 접촉면적을 증가시키는 방열핀; 및 상기 방열핀에 구비되고, 상기 방열핀이 곡면으로 변형되면서 상기 방열핀의 접촉면적을 보다 더 증가시키는 주름부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
