Apparatus and Method for Installing Lowest Block of Reinforced Earth Retaining Wall
The present invention relates to a device for installing the lowest block of a reinforced earth retaining wall using horizontal control and preload loading and a device for installing the lowest retaining wall block therefor, wherein when constructing a foundation part composed of concrete and installing, on top thereof, the lowest retaining wall block placed at the lowest part of a reinforced earth retaining wall to construct the reinforced earth retaining wall, the posture of the lowest retaining wall block is controlled using a sensor to allow the lowest retaining wall block to be arranged at a construction position on the foundation part while maintaining horizontality accurately and precisely according to the content of design, and a pre-load is loaded on the base ground below the foundation part through the foundation part by exerting a vertical load according to necessity to induce, in advance, subsidence, which can be generated in the base ground due to a vertical load exerted actually during the construction of the reinforced earth retaining wall or after the completion of the construction, thereby ensuring safety against the subsidence of the reinforced earth retaining wall.
본 발명은 보강토 옹벽을 구축하기 위하여 콘크리트로 이루어진 기초부를 구축하고 그 위에 보강토 옹벽의 최하부에 위치하게 되는 최하부 옹벽블록을 설치할 때 센서를 이용하여 최하부 옹벽블록의 자세를 제어함으로써 최하부 옹벽블록이 설계 내용에 맞추어서 정확하고 정밀하게 수평을 이루면서 기초부 위의 시공 위치에 배치되도록 함과 동시에 필요에 따라서는 연직하중을 가하여 기초부를 통해 그 아래의 지반에 선(先)하중을 재하함으로써, 보강토 옹벽을 구축하는 동안에 또는 구축이 완료된 후에 실제로 가해지는 연직하중으로 인하여 지반에 발생할 수 있는 침하를 사전에 미리 발생하게 만들므로써 보강토 옹벽의 침하에 대한 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 "수평제어 및 선하중 재하를 이용한 보강토 옹벽의 최하부 옹벽블록 시공방법 및 이를 위한 최하부 옹벽블록 시공장치"에 관한 것이다.
