The present invention relates to a working device and a working method for easily dismantling a slate containing asbestos on board by a worker, and more particularly, to a working device and a working method for dismantling asbestos-containing slate in which a worker can easily move and adjust the angle according to the position and inclination of the slate to be dismantled by using the articulated and multi-articulated crane, so that the working device can be adjusted according to the working environment, thereby capable of increasing worker convenience and safety, and preventing damage caused by asbestos to workers by performing wetting work at the same time as work is performed. The working device includes a main frame; a tilting frame; and an injection part.
본 발명은 작업자가 탑승하여 석면이 함유된 슬레이트를 용이하게 해체하기 위한 작업장치 및 작업방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 굴절 및 다굴절 크레인을 이용하여 해체될 슬레이트의 위치 및 기울기에 따라 용이하게 이동 및 각도조절을 작업자가 직접 수행할 수 있어 작업환경에 따라 작업장치를 조절할 수 있고, 이를 통해 작업자의 편의성 및 안전성을 증대할 수 있으며, 작업 수행과 동시에 습윤작업을 수행할 수 있어 작업자가 석면으로 인한 입을 수 있는 피해를 방지할 수 있는 석면 함유 슬레이트 해체용 작업장치 및 작업방법에 관한 것이다.
