Railroad crossing
The present invention relates to a railroad crossing. An object of the present invention is to provide a railroad crossing capable of improving the workability by allowing the installation of a board to a PC sleeper used in the main rail without additional insert processing and allowing a sleeper to be installed in a state in which a coupling plate for fixing the board and a coupling plate fixture are installed on the sleeper in advance. The railroad crossing of the present invention for achieving the above object comprises: a coupling plate installed on the upper part of a sleeper and having a connecting nut protruding from the upper part thereof; a pad installed to be interposed between the coupling plate and the sleeper to absorb shock; a coupling plate fixture fastened to the coupling plate while enclosing the outer surface of the sleeper to fix the coupling plate on the sleeper; and a board placed at the same height as a rail on the upper part of the sleeper and installed to be fastened to the connecting nut of the coupling plate.
본 발명은 철도 건널목에 관한 것으로, 본선레일에 사용되는 PC침목에 별도의 인서트 가공 없이 보판의 설치가 이루어지도록 하고, 보판고정을 위한 결합판과 결합판 고정구를 침목에 미리 설치한 상태에서 침목을 설치할 수 있도록 하여 시공성이 향상되도록 하는 철도 건널목을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 침목의 상부에 설치되고 상부에 커넥팅 너트가 돌출 형성되어 있는 결합판; 상기 결합판과 침목의 사이에 개재되도록 설치되는 충격을 흡수해주는 패드; 상기 침목의 외면을 감싸주면서 결합판에 체결되어 결합판이 침목상에 고정되도록 하는 결합판 고정구; 상기 침목의 상부에서 레일과 동일높이로 놓여지고 상기 결합판의 커넥팅 너트에 체결되도록 설치되는 보판;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
