Quick coupler flow path structure

The present invention relates to a quick coupler having a flow path structure, which comprises: an upper coupling connected to an arm of an excavator; a lower coupling attaching and detaching an attachment; a connection frame connecting the lower coupling to the upper coupling to be able to rotate; a worm wheel installed in an inner room of the connection frame to rotate the lower coupling; a worm engaging with the worm wheel to rotate the worm wheel; and a driving motor driving the worm, wherein a plurality of hydraulic flow paths which a working fluid supplied to the driving motor, the attachment, and the lower coupling passes through are formed in the connection frame and the worm wheel. In accordance with the present invention, flow paths are formed in the connection frame and the worm wheel to ensure larger and more hydraulic flow paths. Therefore, a high-pressure and high-flow rate working fluid as well as a low-pressure and low-flow rate working fluid can be transferred, so that various kinds of attachments can be connected and used regardless of flow rate.

본 발명인 퀵커플러 유로구조는, 굴삭기의 암에 연결되는 상부커플링; 어태치먼트를 착탈하는 하부커플링; 상기 상부커플링에 상기 하부커플링을 회전 가능하게 연결하는 연결프레임; 상기 연결프레임의 내부공간에 설치되며, 상기 하부커플링을 회전시키는 웜휠; 상기 웜휠과 맞물려 상기 웜휠을 회전시키는 웜; 및 상기 웜을 구동시키는 구동모터를 포함하며, 상기 연결프레임과 상기 웜휠에 상기 구동모터, 상기 어태치먼트 및 상기 하부커플링에 공급되는 작동유가 이동하는 복수 개의 유압유로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 사용하면, 연결프레임과 웜휠에 유로를 형성하여, 더 크고 많은 유압유로를 확보할 수 있다. 따라서, 저압 저유량 뿐만 아니라 고압 고유량의 작동유도 이동시킬 수 있어, 유량 제한 없이 다양한 종류의 어태치먼트를 연결하여 사용할 수 있다.
