WINDOW WITH FLASHING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a window with a flashing and a construction method thereof, which are able to engage the flashing finishing an inner window with the window without using a screw and perform a neat finish. According to the present invention, the window with the flashing, which includes an engagement piece to be engaged with an outer side end of an engagement groove formed on a lower side of a window frame, comprises: a slat formed on the engagement groove of the window frame to protrude toward the inner window, and to be apart from the engagement piece for a certain distance. An inner side of the flashing includes: a support piece supporting an upper surface of the slat; and an elastic fixing piece elastically supporting a lower surface of the slat and fixing the slat along with the support piece by an insertion. Accordingly, the present invention is able to fix the slat of the window frame with the part between the support piece and the elastic fixing unit on one side of the flashing by an insertion and a bump engagement, engage the engagement piece with an outer side end of the engagement groove on the other side of the flashing, engage the flashing with the window without using a screw, allow the elastic contact unit to elastically come in contact with the inner surface of the window frame by being formed on a front end of the support piece, neatly finish the window, and prevent the spread of mildew due to the flow of dew condensation in advance.
본 발명은 내창을 마감하는 후레싱을 창호에 스크류를 이용하지 않고 결합하며 깔끔하게 마감할 수 있는 후레싱을 갖는 창호 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 후레싱을 갖는 창호는, 창틀의 하부에 형성된 결합홈의 외측단으로 결합되도록 결합편이 구비된 후레싱을 갖는 창호에 있어서, 상기 창틀의 결합홈에는 내창 방향으로 돌출되며 상기 결합편과 소정 간격 이격되도록 슬랫이 형성되고, 상기 후레싱의 내측에는 상기 슬랫의 상면을 지지하는 지지편과 상기 슬랫의 하면을 탄성적으로 받쳐서 상기 지지편과 함께 상기 슬랫을 끼움결합으로 고정하도록 탄성고정편이 구비된 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 후레싱의 일측은 지지편과 탄성고정부 사이에 창틀의 슬랫이 끼움결합 및 요철결합에 의해 고정되고 타측은 결합편이 결합홈의 외측단에 결합되므로 스크류를 사용하지 않고 창호에 후레싱을 결합할 수 있고, 지지편의 선단에 형성된 탄성밀착부가 창틀의 내면에 탄성적으로 밀착되어 창호를 깔끔하게 마감하고 결로의 흐름으로 인한 곰팡이의 번식을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a window with a flashing and a construction method thereof, which are able to engage the flashing finishing an inner window with the window without using a screw and perform a neat finish. According to the present invention, the window with the flashing, which includes an engagement piece to be engaged with an outer side end of an engagement groove formed on a lower side of a window frame, comprises: a slat formed on the engagement groove of the window frame to protrude toward the inner window, and to be apart from the engagement piece for a certain distance. An inner side of the flashing includes: a support piece supporting an upper surface of the slat; and an elastic fixing piece elastically supporting a lower surface of the slat and fixing the slat along with the support piece by an insertion. Accordingly, the present invention is able to fix the slat of the window frame with the part between the support piece and the elastic fixing unit on one side of the flashing by an insertion and a bump engagement, engage the engagement piece with an outer side end of the engagement groove on the other side of the flashing, engage the flashing with the window without using a screw, allow the elastic contact unit to elastically come in contact with the inner surface of the window frame by being formed on a front end of the support piece, neatly finish the window, and prevent the spread of mildew due to the flow of dew condensation in advance.
본 발명은 내창을 마감하는 후레싱을 창호에 스크류를 이용하지 않고 결합하며 깔끔하게 마감할 수 있는 후레싱을 갖는 창호 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 후레싱을 갖는 창호는, 창틀의 하부에 형성된 결합홈의 외측단으로 결합되도록 결합편이 구비된 후레싱을 갖는 창호에 있어서, 상기 창틀의 결합홈에는 내창 방향으로 돌출되며 상기 결합편과 소정 간격 이격되도록 슬랫이 형성되고, 상기 후레싱의 내측에는 상기 슬랫의 상면을 지지하는 지지편과 상기 슬랫의 하면을 탄성적으로 받쳐서 상기 지지편과 함께 상기 슬랫을 끼움결합으로 고정하도록 탄성고정편이 구비된 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 후레싱의 일측은 지지편과 탄성고정부 사이에 창틀의 슬랫이 끼움결합 및 요철결합에 의해 고정되고 타측은 결합편이 결합홈의 외측단에 결합되므로 스크류를 사용하지 않고 창호에 후레싱을 결합할 수 있고, 지지편의 선단에 형성된 탄성밀착부가 창틀의 내면에 탄성적으로 밀착되어 창호를 깔끔하게 마감하고 결로의 흐름으로 인한 곰팡이의 번식을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
