Disclosed is an expansion type nailing and anchor construction method. The expansion type nailing and anchor construction method comprise: an anchor shaft from which a wedge protrusion protrudes at one end thereof; a support block which is installed on the anchor shaft; a fixing block which is installed at a location separated from the support block while being connected with the support block by a connection member; and a plurality of expansion pieces which are radially installed on the fixing block with the wedge protrusion as a center to be slidable and moves to the outside of the fixing block by pressing force of the wedge protrusion. The present invention includes the expansion piece which expands while being inserted in a fixing location to improve fixing force.
