Indicator For Floodgate Winch
The present invention provides an indicator for a floodgate winch, comprising a driveshaft connected and coupled to a power shaft of a main body of the floodgate winch, a connection shaft geared with the driveshaft, a rotary shaft geared with the connection shaft to rotate, and a needle coupled to one side end of the rotary shaft and installed on a scale mark plate installed on a front face of a casing. The indicator for the floodgate winch further comprises an absolute rotary encoder installed on the rotary shaft and interlocked to be able to detect an opening/closing position of a floodgate and set upper and lower limits, wherein the absolute rotary encoder senses upper and lower limits of the floodgate through a built-in magnetic force, and allows a person at a remote location to identify a positional status of the floodgate through a current value of remote opening of the absolute rotary encoder.
본 발명은 수문 권양기 본체의 동력축과 연결 결합되는 구동축과 상기 구동축에 기어 결합되는 연결축과, 상기 연결축과 기어 결합되어 회전하는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 일측단에 결합되어 케이싱의 전면에 설치된 눈금판 상에 설치되는 표시침을 구비하는 개도지시계에 있어서, 상기 회전축상에 설치되어 연동하며 수문의 개폐 위치 감지와 상한점과 하한점의 리미트 설정이 가능한 절대회전 엔코더를 포함하며; 상기 절대회전 엔코더는, 내장된 자기력을 통해 수문의 상한점과 하한점을 감지하며; 상기 절대회전 엔코더의 원격 개도의 전류값을 통해 원격지에서 수문의 위치 상태를 파악할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수문권양기의 개도지시계를 제안한다.
