SELF-HEALING ASPHALT WATERPROOFING SHEET AND WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a self-healing rubber asphalt composite waterproof sheet and a waterproofing method using the same. More specifically, the self-healing rubber asphalt composite waterproof sheet comprises: an adhesive waterproof adhesive layer comprising 40 to 65% by weight of asphalt, 1.5 to 5% by weight of ionomer obtained by mixing an ethylene-based ionomer with a polar ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) polymer resin, 7 to 17% by weight of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) rubber, 1.2 to 3% by weight of styrene butadiene (SB) latex, 6 to 17% by weight of a plasticizer, 5 to 12% by weight of adhesion enhancing resin, 1 to 6% by weight of a liquid adhesion enhancer, 0.3 to 2% by weight of a flow prevention material, 5 to 20% by weight of a filler, and 0.5 to 3% by weight of slaked lime; a surface layer formed by attaching at least one of a nonwoven fabric, a film, a sheet, and sand to an upper portion of the waterproof adhesive layer; and release paper attached to the lower surface of the waterproof adhesive layer. Therefore, provided are a self-healing rubber asphalt composite waterproof sheet and a waterproofing method using the same that give self-healing ability to a rubber asphalt composite waterproof sheet installed in a concrete structure by having self-healing ability using a covalent bond between complex polymers and a non-covalent bond of a supramolecular complex network, form a gel-type adhesive waterproof layer with good adhesion on an adherend surface even in a wet environment and low temperature under the sheet, and have excellent self-healing ability as well as adhesion to the wet adherend surface and adjacent sheets, and bonding strength between the layers of the composite waterproof sheet.
본 발명은 자가치유 고무아스팔트 복합방수시트와 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 아스팔트 40 ~ 65 중량%, 에틸렌기반 이오노머에 극성을 가진 에틸렌초산비닐 공중합체(EVA, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) 고분자 수지를 혼합한 이오노머 1.5 ~ 5 중량%, SBS고무(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Rubber) 7 ~ 17 중량%, SB LATEX(Styrene Butadiene Latex) 1.2 ~ 3 중량%, 가소제 6 ~ 17 중량%, 점착증진수지 5 ~ 12 중량%, 액상 점착증진제 1 ~ 6 중량%, 흐름방지재 0.3 ~ 2 중량%, 충전재 5 ~ 20 중량%, 소석회 0.5 ~ 3 중량%로 조성된 점착식 방수점착층과; 상기 방수점착층의 상부에 부직포, 필름, 시트, 모래 중 적어도 어느 하나로 부착형성된 표면층과; 상기 방수점착층 하면에 부착형성되는 이형지를 포함한다.따라서, 복합적인 고분자간 공유결합과 초분자 복합 네트워크의 비공유결합을 이용하여 자가 치유 능력을 가지게 하여 콘크리트 구조물에 설치되는 고무아스팔트 복합방수시트에 자가치유 능력을 부여하고, 시트 하부의 습윤환경 및 저온에서도 피착면에 부착력이 좋은 겔타입의 점착식 방수층을 형성하면서 자가치유 능력 뿐만 아니라 습윤상태의 피착면 및 인접 시트와의 부착력, 복합방수시트 층간 결합력도 우수하게 하는자가치유 고무아스팔트 복합방수시트와 이를 이용한 방수공법을 제공한다.
