GANG-FORM SAFETY HANGER BRACKET
A safety apparatus for preventing fall of a gang form related to the present invention comprises: a bracket having a vertical unit, which is formed to be fastened with an inner surface of a gang form at a position corresponding to a pulling eye attached on an outer surface of the gang form, and a horizontacl unit, which is horizontally extended from the bottom of the vertical unit; a nut unit which is formed to be fastened with a top part of a vertical anchor located at the bottom of the horizontal unit; and a coupling unit which is placed between the nut unit and the horizontal unit and is formed to be separable from the gang form by horizontal movement of the gang form with respect to the vertical anchor when the nut unit is released from fastening with the vertical anchor while curing of concrete is completed. The safety apparatus for preventing fall of a gang form fundamentally prevents danger of fall by ensuring safe and complete separation of a vertical anchor of the bracket.
본 발명과 관련된 갱폼추락방지 안전장치는, 갱폼의 외측면에 부착되는 인양고리에 대응하는 위치에서 상기 갱폼의 내측면에 체결될 수 있게 형성되는 수직부와, 상기 수직부의 하단에서 수평으로 연장하는 수평부를 갖는, 브래킷; 상기 수평부의 하부에 위치되는 수직앵커의 상단부에 체결될 수 있게 형성되는 너트부; 및 상기 너트부와 상기 수평부 사이에 배치되고, 콘크리트의 양생이 완료된 상태에서 상기 너트부가 상기 수직앵커에 대하여 체결이 해제되면 상기 갱폼이 상기 수직앵커에 대하여 수평방향으로 이동됨으로써 상기 갱폼에 대하여 분리가 가능하도록 형성된 커플링유닛을 포함한다.
