Disclosed is a hinge coupling structure for easy fastening. The hinge coupling structure for easy fastening of the present invention is a hinge coupling structure provided at a connection portion of a fixed part and a rotating part to enable rotation of the rotating part with respect to the fixed part. An end of a hinge pin is inserted into a pin coupling hole formed in the fixed part, and a hinge pin insertion groove is formed in the rotating part to be cut to open outward and receive the other side of the hinge pin inside thereof. The hinge pin insertion groove is provided in a region between a fixed piece and a rotating piece formed in the rotating part. The hinge pin can be axially fixed by bending the rotating piece toward the fixed piece. According to the present invention, the hinge coupling structure has a simple coupling structure in which the hinge pin insertion groove is provided in the region between the fixed piece and the rotating piece of the rotating part and which enables the hinge pin to be axially fixed by bending the rotating piece toward the fixed piece, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and improving productivity.
체결성이 용이한 힌지 결합구조가 개시된다. 본 발명의 체결성이 용이한 힌지 결합구조는, 고정부와 회동부의 연결 부위에 마련되어 상기 고정부에 대해 회동부를 회동 가능하게 하는 힌지 결합구조로서, 상기 고정부에 형성된 핀 결합홀에 힌지핀의 일단부가 삽입되고, 상기 회동부에는 상기 힌지핀의 타단부가 내측에 배치되고 외측으로 개방되도록 절개된 힌지핀 삽입홈이 마련되되, 상기 힌지핀 삽입홈은 상기 회동부에 형성된 고정편과 회동편의 사이 영역에 마련되며, 상기 회동편을 상기 고정편 측으로 벤딩하여 상기 힌지핀을 축 고정 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 회동부의 고정편과 회동편 사이 영역에 힌지핀 삽입홈을 마련하고 회동편을 고정편 측으로 벤딩하여 힌지핀을 축 고정 가능한 간단한 결합 구조를 적용함으로써 제조단가 감소와 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
