The present invention relates to a constructing method of an anti-skid road paving material, which comprises the steps of: applying masking tape to the road surface; applying an anti-skid road paving material; and removing the masking tape. By using the anti-skid road paving material containing hydrotalcite with intercalated fluorine ions to be used in places where the slip resistance of the road surface is low, roads that require high visibility due to poor flatness and vertical alignment of the road, intersections where there are many slip accidents, children's protection areas, and elderly protection areas, the slip resistance of the pavement surface is increased, and through this, it is possible to drive safely for drivers and to protect pedestrians and facilities.
본 발명은 노면에 마스킹 테이프 작업을 하는 단계, 미끄럼 방지 포장재를 도포하는 단계, 마스킹 테이프를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 미끄럼 방지 포장재의 시공 방법으로서, 불소 이온이 층간 삽입된 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite)를 함유하는 미끄럼 방지 포장재를 사용함으로써 노면의 미끄럼저항이 낮아진 곳, 도로의 평면 및 종단선형이 불량하여 시인성이 높게 요구되는 도로, 미끄럼사고 다발지역인 교차로, 어린이보호구역, 노인보호구역 등에 적용하여 포장면의 미끄럼저항력을 높여주고 이를 통해 운전자의 안전운행과 보행자 및 시설물보호를 할 수 있는 미끄럼 방지 포장재의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
