SOUNDPROOF WALL REMODELLING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for remodeling a soundproofing plate installed at a roadside due to deterioration, comprising the steps of: cutting the upper end part and the lower end part of a soundproofing plate in a horizontal direction and cutting along a vertical line, on which the right and left end parts of the soundproofing plate meet a support, to remove the separated front surface part of the soundproofing plate; installing a vertical reinforcement material, which includes, as one body, an upper holding rod corresponding to the upper end surface of a channel plate exposed by removing the front surface part of the soundproofing plate, a lower holding rod corresponding to the lower end surface of the channel plate and a vertical connection rod for connecting the upper holding rod and the lower holding rod, at a portion where the central part of the channel plate and the right and left end parts of the channel plate meet the support; covering the exposed channel plate with a soundproofing plate for repairs having the same lateral width with the cut soundproofing plate and having a holding surface part formed at an upper end part to be put on the upper end surface of the channel plate while overlapping; and riveting and combining the soundproofing plate for repairs with the vertical connection rod facing the central part and the right and left end parts of the soundproofing plate for repairs. Accordingly, deterioration in outer appearance caused by remodeling work can be minimized and the soundproofing plate for repairs can be fixed and combined stably on the whole.
본 발명은 도로가에 설치되는 방음판의 노후에 따른 리모델링 방법에 관한 것으로서, 방음판의 상단부와 하단부를 수평방향으로 절단하고 상기 방음판의 좌,우측단부가 각기 상기 지주와 만나는 수직선을 따라 절단함으로써 분리되는 방음판의 전면부를 제거하는 단계와; 상기 방음판의 전면부를 제거함으로써 노출되는 채널판의 상단면과 일치하는 상부걸림대와, 상기 채널판의 하단면과 일치하는 하부걸림대 및 상기 상부걸림대와 상기 하부걸림대 사이를 연결하는 수직연결대가 일체로서 형성된 수직보강재를 상기 채널판의 중심부 및 상기 채널판의 좌,우측단부가 각기 상기 지주와 만나는 부위에 각각 설치하는 단계와; 상기 절단된 방음판과 동일한 좌우폭을 가지며 상단부에는 상기 채널판의 상단면에 포개어져 얹히는 걸림면부가 형성되는 보수용 방음판으로 상기 노출된 채널판을 덮는 단계와; 상기 보수용 방음판의 중심부 및 좌,우측 단부에서 각기 맞대어지는 상기 수직연결대 상에 상기 보수용 방음판을 리벳팅하여 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 리모델링 공사로 인한 외관 저하를 최소화할 수 있고 보수용 방음판이 전체적으로 안정적인 고정 결합이 이루어질 수 있다.

본 발명은 도로가에 설치되는 방음판의 노후에 따른 리모델링 방법에 관한 것으로서, 방음판의 상단부와 하단부를 수평방향으로 절단하고 상기 방음판의 좌,우측단부가 각기 상기 지주와 만나는 수직선을 따라 절단함으로써 분리되는 방음판의 전면부를 제거하는 단계와; 상기 방음판의 전면부를 제거함으로써 노출되는 채널판의 상단면과 일치하는 상부걸림대와, 상기 채널판의 하단면과 일치하는 하부걸림대 및 상기 상부걸림대와 상기 하부걸림대 사이를 연결하는 수직연결대가 일체로서 형성된 수직보강재를 상기 채널판의 중심부 및 상기 채널판의 좌,우측단부가 각기 상기 지주와 만나는 부위에 각각 설치하는 단계와; 상기 절단된 방음판과 동일한 좌우폭을 가지며 상단부에는 상기 채널판의 상단면에 포개어져 얹히는 걸림면부가 형성되는 보수용 방음판으로 상기 노출된 채널판을 덮는 단계와; 상기 보수용 방음판의 중심부 및 좌,우측 단부에서 각기 맞대어지는 상기 수직연결대 상에 상기 보수용 방음판을 리벳팅하여 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 리모델링 공사로 인한 외관 저하를 최소화할 수 있고 보수용 방음판이 전체적으로 안정적인 고정 결합이 이루어질 수 있다.
