AUTOMATIC REAR DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING APPARATUS OF DELIVERY TRUCK
The present invention relates to an automatic opening and closing device for a rear door of a delivery vehicle, and the purpose of the present invention is to shorten the time required for delivering goods and decrease labor intensity by enabling the rear door to open and close automatically. To this end, the present invention provides a rear door opening and closing device comprising: a rear door in which multiple unit door panels (30) are connected by door connection brackets (31) so that it can be opened and closed in an overhead manner; a door roller (20) provided on both sides of a connection portion of the unit door panels (30); and a pair of door guide rails (10) provided to guide movement of the door roller (20) and including a vertical part (10a) provided inside a rear portion of a loading box (100) of the vehicle, horizontal parts (10c) provided on both sides of an inner upper portion of the loading box, a corner part (10b) connecting the vertical part (10a) and the horizontal part (10c) in an arc shape. The rear door opening and closing device of the delivery vehicle further comprises a chain driving device provided at a lower portion of the horizontal part (10c) of the door guide rail (10), a chain connecting bracket (50) provided on both sides of the rear door to be connected to the chain, and a remote controller (60) for driving the chain driving device remotely, wherein a chain is rotated by operation of the remote controller (60) to open and close the rear door.
본 발명은 물품 배송차량의 후면도어 자동 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 후면도어를 완전 자동으로 개폐할 수 있도록 하여 물품에 배송에 소요되는 시간을 단축하고 노동강도를 완화시키는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 복수의 단위도어 패널(30)이 도어 연결 브라켓(31)에 의해 연결되어 오버헤드 방식으로 개폐되는 후면도어와; 상기 단위도어 패널(30)의 연결부위 양측에 구비되는 도어 롤러(20)와; 차량의 적재함(100) 후방 내부에 구비되는 수직부(10a)와, 적재함의 내부 상부 양측에 구비되는 수평부(10c)와, 상기 수직부(10a)와 수평부(10c)를 원호상으로 연결하는 코너부(10b)를 포함하여 구성되어 상기 도어 롤러(20)의 이동을 안내하기 위한 한 쌍의 도어 가이드 레일(10);을 포함하여 이루어지는 물품 배송차량의 후면도어 개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 도어 가이드 레일(10)의 수평부(10c)의 하부에 각각 구비되는 체인 구동장치와, 후면도어의 양측에 구비되어 체인과 연결되는 체인 연결 브라켓(50)과, 상기 체인 구동장치를 무선으로 구동하기 위한 리모트 컨트롤러(60)를 더 구비하고, 상기 리모트 컨트롤러(60)의 조작에 의해 체인을 회전시켜 후면도어를 개폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
