본 발명은 도어용 피봇 장착구조에 관한 것으로서, 전면판과 후면판을 연결하는 연결판을 구비하고, 상기 연결판은 상기 전면판과 후면판의 최상측 위치보다 하부쪽에서 상기 전면판과 후면판을 연결하며, 상기 연결판은 적어도 일 지점에 관통구멍이 형성된 가로프레임; 및 상기 가로프레임의 관통구멍에 끼워지며, 내부에 끼움구멍이 길이방향으로 관통되어 형성되는 고정캡; 상기 고정캡을 상기 가로프레임에 결합시키도록 하는 결합구; 및 상기 고정캡의 끼움구멍에 억지로 끼워 맞추어지는 피봇;으로 이루어지며, 피봇이 가로 프레임에 결합되므로, 세로 프레임의 형태에 구애받지 않게 되고, 구성이 간단하고 조립이 간편해 조립에 있어 시간을 절약할 수 있게 된다.
The present invention relates to a pivot mounting structure for a door, comprising: a transverse frame having a connection plate for connecting a front surface plate to a rear surface plate, wherein the connection pate connects the front surface plate to the rear surface plate below the highest position of the front surface plate and the rear surface plate and having a through hole in at least one point; a fixing cap inserted into the through hole of the transverse frame, wherein an insertion hole is penetrated in the longitudinal direction; a coupling hole configured to couple the fixing cap to the transverse frame; and a pivot forcibly inserted into the insertion hole of the fixing cap. Moreover, the pivot is coupled to the transverse frame, and thus the pivot can be prevented from being interrupted by a longitudinal frame. In addition, the pivot mounting structure for a door is easily manufactured with simple composition to reduce assembly time.
