본 발명은 배기가스 내에 존재하는 황산화물 및 질소산화물를 제거하기 위해 시멘트 제조 공정에서 발생되는 부산물인 CKD를 포함하는 배기가스 정화제를 사용함으로써, 시멘트 산업에서 발생되는 부산물을 재활용하여 폐자원의 처리 문제를 해소하고, 특히 낮은 pH 조건(산성)에서도 높은 황산화물, 질소산화물의 제거 효과를 나타내어 알칼리도 유지에 필요한 비용을 절감하고 환경오염을 방지할 수 있는 배기가스 정화제 및 이를 이용한 배기가스 정화방법을 개시한다.
Disclosed are an exhaust gas purifying agent and an exhaust purifying method using the same, wherein by using the exhaust gas purifying agent containing cement kiln dust (CKD), which is a by-product generated in a cement manufacturing process, to remove sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides present in exhaust gas. The by-products generated in cement industry is recycled to solve the problem of waste resource treatment, and the effect of removing high sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides even under low pH conditions (acidity) is showed, thereby reducing cost of maintaining alkalinity and preventing environmental pollution.
