본 발명은 조립식 건축용 모듈러 유닛의 체결 구조에 관한 것으로서 특히, 각관을 모듈러 유닛의 컬럼으로 사용하면서 수직으로 체결된 모듈러 유닛들에 포스트 텐션(Post tension)을 적용하여 모듈러 유닛을 견고하게 체결할 수 있고, 공장에서 모듈러 유닛의 외부 및 내부를 완전히 마감하여 현장에서는 모듈러 유닛을 체결하기만 하면 되므로 공기를 획기적으로 단축할 수 있는 모듈러 유닛 체결 구조에 관한 것이다.
