The present invention relates to a sliding door for a vehicle, including: a guide rail longitudinally formed on a lateral portion of a vehicle body and configured to guide a door panel to open or close along an opening and closing route; a roller arm having a plurality of rollers coupled thereto sliding along an upper or lower portion of the guide rail, and configured to slide longitudinally in accordance with the movement of the roller; and a sealing guide coupled to the roller arm by a hinge while having a predetermined length, formed such that one curved end is inserted into the guide rail, and having a width corresponding to an inner width of the guide rail. Accordingly, the present invention is able to prevent icing in advance caused by dust brought into the guide rail and by water collection by applying a sealing guide to a sliding door roller moving along a guide rail.
