본 발명은 전주(P)를 사이에 두고 전주(P)의 상단부에 나란하게 고정되는 완철(100); 완철(100)과 가공배전선(L) 사이에 설치되어 완철(100)과 가공배전선(L)이 전기적으로 접촉되지 않게 절연하면서 가공배전선(L)과 점퍼선(J)을 전기적으로 연결 및 고정하는 전선고정유닛(200); 가공배전선(L)으로부터 분기선(L')을 인출할 수 있게 분기작업을 하기 위한 분기유닛(300)으로 구성된 가공배전선 편의성 향상 고정기구에 관한 것으로서, 이에 의하면 연결클램프와 하우징을 회동가능한 구조로 형성해 줌으로서 간단한 회동만으로 하우징과 분기슬리브를 서로 결합 및 분리할 수 있고, 특히 분기슬리브로부터 하우징을 분리시 하우징은 연결클램프와 연결되어 있기 때문에 별도로 보관할 필요가 없으므로 하우징을 분리하는 과정에 추락의 위험이나 분실의 위험을 근본적으로 낮출 수 있는 이점이 있다.
