A faucet control system having a drain function related to the present invention may comprise: a faucet controller having a cartridge for mixing hot water and cool water, and a manipulation lever, wherein the cartridge is configured to send the hot water to a first drain pipe according to a rotating angle of the manipulation lever; a cool water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe connected to the cartridge; a second drain pipe branching from the hot water inlet pipe and formed to join the first drain pipe; a drain valve arranged at the second drain pipe and formed to open and close the second drain pipe according to an electrical control signal; a substrate unit for controlling the drain valve; and a casing formed to support the cartridge, the manipulation lever, the drain valve, and the substrate unit.
