본 발명은, 차량용 후드 래치 장치에 관한 것으로서, 수직 방향을 따라 미리 정해진 길이를 갖도록 연장 형성되며, 스트라이커를 안내하는 안내홈을 구비하는 메인 프레임; 상단 걸림턱과, 하단 걸림턱과, 상기 안내홈으로 진입한 스트라이커가 수용되도록 상기 상단 걸림턱과 상기 하단 걸림턱 사이에 형성되는 수용홈을 구비하며, 상기 메인 프레임에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 클루; 상단 스토퍼와, 하단 스토퍼를 구비하며, 상기 메인 프레임에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 폴; 상기 상단 스토퍼는, 상기 수용홈에 수용된 스트라이터가 상기 안내홈의 미리 정해진 기준 위치에 배치된 경우에 상기 상단 걸림턱이 걸림되도록 형성되며, 상기 안내홈은, 상기 기준 위치로부터 미리 정해진 거리만큼 하측 방향으로 연장된 완충 구간을 갖는다.
The present invention relates to a hood latch apparatus for a vehicle, including: a main frame extending to have a preset length in a vertical direction and provided with a striker guiding groove; a clue provided with an upper end jaw, a lower end jaw, and an accommodating groove formed between the upper end jaw and the lower end jaw to accommodate a striker entering the guiding groove and rotatably mounted on the main frame; and a pole provided with an upper end stopper and a lower end stopper and rotatably mounted on the main frame, in which the upper end stopper is formed such that the upper end jaw is locked in a case where the striker accommodated in the accommodating groove is disposed at a preset reference position of the guiding groove and the guiding groove has a buffer section extending downwards by a preset distance from the reference position.
