Manufacturing Method of Concrete Block by Recycled Aggregate Using Plastic Waste and Concrete Block Manufactured by the Same
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concrete block using plastic waste to prevent strength decrease of a concrete block and a concrete block manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a pulverization process of pulverizing plastic waste composed of a mixture of one or more plastic materials; a mixing process of mixing inorganic additives in a predetermined ratio with pulverized plastic waste; a thermal injection process of putting the plastic waste and the inorganic additives into a screw extruder to perform extrusion and stirring, wherein heating is performed during stirring so that mixed aggregate having a density in a range of 0.75 to 0.85 g/cm^3 is formed; a recycled aggregate forming process of cutting the extruded mixed aggregate to form recycled aggregate in an elongated chip shape; a mortar mixing process of mixing 14 to 16 wt% of recycled aggregate, 59 to 61 wt% of natural aggregate, 24.5 wt% of cement, and 4 wt% of a water reducing agent with water to form mortar for a block; a concrete block forming process of putting the mixed block mortar into a vibration pressing machine to form a concrete block; and a curing process of curing the molded concrete block.
본 발명은 하나 이상의 플라스틱 소재가 혼합되어 구성된 플라스틱 폐기물을 분쇄하는 분쇄 과정, 분쇄된 플라스틱 폐기물에 무기 첨가제를 일정 비율로 배합하는 혼합 과정, 플라스틱 폐기물과 무기 첨가제를 스크류 사출기에 투입하여 압출 및 교반이 이루어지고, 교반 시 가열을 수행하여 0.75~0.85 g/㎤ 범위의 밀도를 가지는 혼합 골재를 형성하는 열가공 사출 과정, 사출된 혼합 골재를 절단하여 세장(細長) 칩 형태의 재생 골재를 형성하는 재생 골재 형성 과정, 재생 골재 14~16wt%에 천연 골재 59~61wt%, 시멘트 24.5wt%, 감수제 0.5wt% 및 물을 배합하여 블록용 모르타르를 형성하는 모르타르 배합 과정, 배합된 블록용 모르타르를 진동 가압 성형기에 투입하여 블록 형태로 제조하는 콘크리트 블록 성형 과정, 성형된 콘크리트 블록을 양생하는 양생 과정으로 이루어지는 플라스틱 폐기물을 이용한 콘크리트 블록의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
