미리 결정된 마감선 기준 크기(d)를 한 변의 크기로 하는 장방형의 평면이며 높이가 상기 마감선 기준 크기(d)로 구성된 정육면체 공간인 기준 유닛(10)을 이용하되 적어도 2개의 기준 유닛(10)을 포함하며, 경골목구조에 따른 다수의 단위 외벽체(30)로 외벽을 구성하는 목조주택의 설계 방법에 있어서, (a) 다수의 상기 기준 유닛(10)을 가로, 세로, 또는 가로/세로로 연속적으로 배열하여 전체 평면을 결정하는 단계; (b) 상기 전체 평면의 전체 외벽을 상기 다수의 단위 외벽체(30)로 설정하는 단계; (c) 상기 다수의 상기 기준 유닛(10)의 각각의 모서리 중 상기 단위 외벽체(30)가 없는 모서리에 구조부재(20)를 둘 이상 배치하는 단계; (d) 상기 단위 외벽체(30) 중 적어도 하나에 나란하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 측벽을 포함하는 코어(40)를 설정하는 단계로서, 상기 측벽을 구성하는 복수의 스터드 중 적어도 일부가 상기 구조부재(20) 중 어느 하나가 되도록 형성된 코어(40)를 설정하는 단계; (e) 상기 설정된 코어(40)에 주방 및 화장실을 배치하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 코어(40)에 인접하도록 계단실(50)을 배치하되, 상기 계단실(50)은 제 1 계단과 이에 연결된 계단참과 이에 연결된 제 2 계단을 포함하고. 상기 제 1 계단과 상기 제 2 계단의 진행방향은 반대이며, 상기 계단실(50)의 상기 제 1 계단과 상기 제 2 계단 사이에는 상기 구조부재(20) 중 다른 하나가 배치되도록, 상기 계단실(50)을 설정하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 다수의 외벽체(30)는 다수의 스터드로 이루어진 목조 프레임(31)과 OSB 패널부(32)를 포함하는, 목조주택의 모듈화 설계 방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a modularization designing method of a wooden house using a lightweight wooden structure, which comprises the steps of: determining the entire plane; (b) setting the entire outer wall of the entire plane as a plurality of unit outer wall bodies (30); (c) arranging two or more structural members (20) at a corner without the unit outer wall bodies (30); (d) setting a core (40); (e) arranging a kitchen and a bathroom on the set core (40); and (f) arranging a staircase (50). According to the present invention, a wooden house having excellent quality can be designed.
