CONTROLLING DEVICE OF BUFFER RESERVIOR WATER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a buffer water storage facility for temporarily retaining rainwater or sewage flowing therein excessively and controlling the facility to discharge the retained water and an apparatus for controlling a buffer water storage facility, which measures quality of outflow contained in an intermediate manhole installed on a leading end of a no-point pollution reduction facility for reducing a no-point pollution source and controls whether to close or open a first sluice installed in the buffer water storage facility or a second sluice installed in the no-point pollution reduction facility. The apparatus for controlling a buffer water storage facility according to the present invention comprises: a measurement unit for measuring quality of outflow water contained in the intermediate manhole; and a sluice opening/closing unit selectively opening or closing the first sluice and the second sluice according to the water quality obtained by the measurement unit of the water, thereby preventing outflow water from being accidentally discharged from the buffer water storage facility and directly entering a river and having a function of reducing no-point pollution in rainfall. In addition, the apparatus of the present invention is interlinked to the sluice of the buffer water storage facility to control the sluice according to the water quality. Therefore, the capability of a sewage treatment facility to purify and process sewage can be enhanced and a river can be prevented from being polluted.
본 발명은 과다 유입되는 우수 또는 하수를 일시 저류하고 이를 조절하여 방류하도록 하는 완충저류시설과 비점 오염원을 저감시키는 비점오염저감시설의 전단에 설치된 중간맨홀에 수용되는 유출수의 수질을 측정하여 상기 완충저류시설에 설치된 제1수문이나 상기 비점오염저감시설에 설치된 제2수문의 개폐 여부를 제어하는 완충저류시설 제어장치로서, 상기 중간맨홀에 수용된 유출수의 수질을 측정하는 측정부와; 상기 측정부에서 측정한 수질에 따라 상기 제1수문과 상기 제2수문이 선택적으로 개폐되도록 하는 수문개폐부를; 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 완충저류시설에 사고유출수 하천 직유입 차단 및 강수시 비점오염 저감기능을 갖추고 이들과 완충저류시설의 수문을 연동되도록 하여 수질에 따라 수문을 제어함으로써 하수처리장의 정화 처리 능력을 증진시키고 하천의 오염을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
